Is body sculpting painful?

A: No! Most clients find the treatment relaxing. You may feel warmth or a slight vibration, but nothing painful.

How soon will I see results?

A: Many clients notice a difference after just one session, especially in terms of reduced bloating and smoother skin. For best results, we recommend a series of 6-10 sessions.

How long does results last?

A: With a healthy lifestyle, results can last for months. Staying hydrated and active helps maintain your sculpted look.

What should I do before/after treatment?

  • Hydrate well (at least 1-2 liters of water) starting the day before and day of your session and for 3 days after session.

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals 24 hours prior/after session.

  • Avoid processed foods for a day or two.

  • Light movement or walking helps stimulate the lymphatic system. It is very beneficial to complete a 30-45 minute workout within 24 hours after your session.

Is there any downtime after my session?

A: None! You can return to your day right after.

What is Brazilian Lymphatic drainage?

A: Brazilian lymphatic drainage is a specialized massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, reduce water retention, enhance circulation, and promote detoxification. It’s known for its sculpting effects, helping to define the waistline, reduce bloating, and improve overall body contour.

Is it painful?

A: Not at all! The massage is gentle, relaxing, and customized to your body’s needs. Many clients say they feel lighter and rejuvenated immediately after.

Can I do it after surgery or postpartnum?

A: Yes—with proper medical clearance. It’s especially beneficial during the healing process, helping to reduce swelling and improve circulation.

How should I prepare for before and after session?

A: Stay hydrated before and after your session. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand. Wear comfortable clothing, and be ready to feel amazing!
